Be the Leader God Wants You to Be, or b2b, is a one-week crash course on leadership designed to help you explore your leadership potential and build your confidence as a leader. Take stock of your current skillset and learn ways to improve your ability to equip and empower others

Who is this school for?

This is for anyone looking to explore or expand their leadership potential. If you’re new to leadership, led a DTS or two, or have been leading a team for a few years, this course will meet you where you are at and help you grow in your leadership skills.

Schedule

Our schedule will be from 9am to 9pm and will include lectures, workshopping, small-group work and assignments. Meals are provided.

    Our relationship with God is the starting point. From that point, we will look at how your character, personality and giftings work together to produce an anointed leader.

  • Mentoring, Spiritual Formation and Vision Casting

    How do you help others grow as you walk alongside them? We will look at different strategies for equipping others.

  • Team Development and Ministry Strategizing

    What skills and anointing do you need to develop effective teams and produce a fruitful ministry?

Meet Stephen Mayers

Course Leader | Leadership Development

Married to a beautiful Canadian, living in Spain, adult kids in Scotland, Canada and Australia, and four wonderful grandkids. Rite and I started our YWAM life in 1977 and are still involved all these years later. Presently I am one of the senior leaders for Europe. Training leaders is my passion and I lead 6 week residential courses around the world called LDC’s – leadership development courses and 1 week courses for emerging leaders called b2b (b the leader God wants you 2 b).
