SUPPORT OUR MISSION
We are going to a location where many workers are being forced to leave as the nation tightens borders and stops renewing visas. People who have worked here for a long time are facing a time of transition as they are forced to leave. This is also a location that has seen some environmental crises that have left many people displaced, with non-profit organizations coming in to establish camps.
Our journey has three chapters.
- At a conference for workers, we will help run a program for children, taking time to share truth and build them up.
- We will assist the 7 remaining workers at a refugee camp, learning how we can help them and send teams in the future.
- We will visit a new connection to learn more about how we can partner with them in the future and better lift them up in the present.
We hope to gather and bring back stories to bring awareness to the situation in this country and inspire others to lift up the people.
To go, we will need £3000 to cover lodging, flights, food and transport.
